How to order

We recognise that all our customers may have different approaches so there are several different ways to order.  Please select the one that suits you best.
 

• Online - Preferred Method - Return to the home page or select Hire Regalia to start ordering
• Email - Download our order form and email it back to us, click here Order by Email 
• Office - Order in person at Academic Dress Hire, Refectory Road, Massey University, Tennent Drive, Palmerston North.  We are open Monday to Thursday 9am and 2.30pm (outside holidays).

Cost to Hire

Please note that the regalia prices below are a general guide only as every Institution has slightly different regalia sets and different colour trims and styles of Degree Hoods, Stoles and Hat.  Check out our What to Wear guide for your Institutions regalia requirements

Bonds

We will not charge a refundable bond this year.
But please note you will be charged a second hire fee if your robes are not returned on time.  Also you will be invoiced for the value of any robes not returned.


Any individual who wishes to hire graduation regalia for photography or family occasions can hire regalia on a 

Casual Hire basis.

• We are happy to supply graduation regalia on specially arranged Casual Hire terms.
• All Casual Hire payments are paid in full before dispatch of the regalia.
• We can courier Casual Hire orders anywhere in New Zealand.
• North Island freight $20, South Island/Rural $30 including a return courier ticket.

Payment is to be made on ordering. We can only accept prepaid orders.
We cannot accept payment on collection.

Combining hire and purchase of regalia

If you are going to graduation and you are considering buying your graduation regalia, hire it in the first instance, and discuss its' purchase when you come to collect the day before your graduation.
