Sizes and Fitting
On Collection day all customers are offered an opportunity to be guided by our staff and to try on their regalia.
Gown size is determined by your full height rather than your clothing size. On ordering you will give us your full height measurement and your head circumference. We will then assign robes to fit you. We do have gowns that are wider across the shoulders if required. We have gowns in every size ranging from 140cm to 190cm.
Hats come in all sizes - we give you the correctly sized trencher or bonnet based on your head circumference.
All customers are shown how to correctly wear their regalia through a personal fitting with our qualified and fully trained staff if required.
Collection and fitting generally takes less than 10 minutes, queues are kept to a minimum and there is plenty of parking on the lower level car park Refectory Road, Massey University, Palmerston North.

Please bring your payment receipt with you as this will help us to process your order more quickly. A copy on your smart phone is acceptable.
If you are collecting for yourself you don’t need to bring anything else with you.
If you are collecting on behalf of someone else you will need to know their Full Name, their degree, if possible their Student ID number, height in centimetres and head circumference in centimetres.

You can pick up your graduation regalia on the day before, or the day of your ceremony, whichever suits you best.
It is preferable for you to uplift it yourself so we can check the sizes but you can arrange for a friend to collect and return it for you if you are not available yourself. They will need to know your full name and student ID, height in centimetres, and your head circumference in centimetres and bring this information when collecting on your behalf.
