We are committed to providing the highest quality of service, but we ask for your co-operation to help us to maintain our standards.

• Please place your order by the due date to allow us ample time to prepare.
• Please allow sufficient time to check your robes before leaving our premises.
• You can cancel your order at any time,prior to graduation week, for a full refund.

Problems:

If there is a problem with your robes, please phone us at once.
Ask an official at the graduation venue to contact us if necessary.
We undertake to deliver a replacement to wherever you are if we have made a mistake.
